Consultation cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total appointment cost.

Rescheduling of consultations

Please provide at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment.

If Sunday Naturopathy needs to reschedule your appointment, as much notice as possible will be given and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Your appointment will be rescheduled to a new time that works for both you and Sunday Naturopathy.

No-shows

Appointment no-shows will result in the full consultation fee being charged.

Refund policy

Testing or services that have already been provided are not refundable. Treatment packages and programmes e.g. the Fertility Package or Nutrition Reset Programme are not eligible for refunds, irrespective or whether they have been paid for in full or through a payment plan. As herbal medicines are dispensed specifically for an individual, they are strictly non-refundable except where there is a quality issue. Supplements are also non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

For physical products purchased on this website

Refunds are not available for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, please contact Sunday Naturopathy by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can resolve the issue.

For digital products purchased on this website

Refunds are not available for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with a digital product you have purchased on this website, please contact Sunday Naturopathy within 7 days of purchasing the digital product so that we can resolve the issue.

As a qualified naturopath registered with Naturopaths & Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ), Gemma adheres to the NMHNZ Code of Professional Conduct, which can be viewed here.

Payment Terms:

Online Consultations & Prescription Products

Payment for services and products including consultations can be made securely when making a booking or purchasing a product. Pre-payment equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee is required for Initial Consultations and for appointments made online. For appointments where pre-payment is not made at the time of booking, you will be issued an invoice 48 hours before your appointment for the cost of the consultation and the cost of any other products or services you agree to purchase at your appointment.

Invoices for consultations must be paid 24 hours prior to your consultation time. All other products, invoiced after your appointment, must be paid within 3 days of receipt. If you find yourself unable to meet this obligation, please contact me before the invoice is due so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Online Store

Payments made through the online store are securely processed via Stripe. Payments made for consultations or other services provided may be required in advance of your consultation or other service. Pre-payment for consultations can be made through the bookings page on our website, which is integrated with Cliniko.

Delivery of Goods:

Physical products purchased on this website are delivered by New Zealand Post or Aramex. Your product/s will be shipped within 4 business days from date of purchase. Products will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Consultations & Treatment Packages

Payments made online are securely processed via Stripe. Payment for Initial Consultations must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments for Follow Up Consultations can be made upfront at the time of booking (if booking online) or invoiced following your consultation (if made in person at your previous consultation). For payments that need to be made post-consultation, you will be emailed an invoice that allows you to pay online.

If purchasing a treatment package, you agree to:

a) Pay the full cost of the treatment package (either up front or via the payment plan option)

b) Make payments on time if following a payment plan, as per the conditions outlined when purchasing your treatment package

c) Make full payment irrespective or whether or not you attend consultations or complete the treatment package

d) Take responsibility for the outcome of your treatment by attending all consultations and following recommendations to the best of your ability
