Double Choc Protein Fudge

This is such a tasty, protein-boosted treat to keep in the fridge! It’s also nut-free, so perfect for a healthier treat in kids lunchboxes.

You will need:

  • 140 grams dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (make your own - see below)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

The how to:

Start by making your sunflower seed butter: simply roast 300-400 grams of sunflower seeds until just golden, then blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

Meanwhile, melt your chocolate over a double boiler.

Measure out all of your ingredients and blend until well combined. Press the mixture into a lined loaf tin and then refrigerate for a few hours before cutting into squares. Keep refrigerated.
